How You’ll Make Your Mark:
- Generating leads
- New business development, from either cold calls or own knowledge base.
- Proactively sell, up-sell & cross-sell all services within the Osphere Group portfolio in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. Be proactive to customer needs.
- Responding to quote requests in adherence with company procedures.
- Negotiating contracts with prospective clients.
- Maintaining client records.
- Ensuring sufficient and relevant information for each order is passed to the clients.
- Represent the company by following the standard operating procedures set by the organization.
What you will need to succeed in this role:
- Sales hunter mentality – Have the drive and desire to hunt for new customers and opportunities, with excellent prospecting and relationship-building skills.
- High communication skills – can explain products and services clearly as well as listen and receive requirements from clients.
- Building relationships – Know and understand your prospects/customers, take time to understand them, and be the consultant with the solution they never knew they needed.
- Negotiation skills – must be a business-driven individual. Someone who always looks for a win-win scenario.
- Willingness to learn – We deal in multiple services, so there will always be something new to learn and adapt to. Therefore, you’ll need to have the ability to continually learn and develop to expand your service knowledge.
- Hunger to succeed – Must be a go getter. No excuses. Someone who will take initiative and show results instead of just the effort.
Salary & Benefits: This is a Commission-Only position with a competitive commission structure. The more you sell the more you make.
