Osphere Group of Companies is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Client Engagement Specialist to join our vibrant team in Dubai Silicon Oasis. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Activities:
- Conduct cold calling, emailing, and WhatsApp communications to engage potential clients.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic client engagement.
- Present and promote our range of services to prospective clients, highlighting the unique benefits of each division.
- Client Engagement:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Arrange and conduct meetings with clients at our office, providing exceptional service and support.
- Reporting and Coordination:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance and market feedback.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree holder.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Basic salary of 2000 AED plus commission.
- Visa provided after the completion of a 3-month probation period and achievement of minimum targets.
