Sales and Client Engagement Specialist

Osphere Group of Companies is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Client Engagement Specialist to join our vibrant team in Dubai Silicon Oasis. This role is integral to our growth strategy and offers a unique opportunity to work across our various divisions, including Osphere Digital, Osphere Media, Osphere Solutions, Osphere Academy and Service Plix. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Activities:
    • Conduct cold calling, emailing, and WhatsApp communications to engage potential clients.
    • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic client engagement.
    • Present and promote our range of services to prospective clients, highlighting the unique benefits of each division.
  2. Client Engagement:
    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
    • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
    • Arrange and conduct meetings with clients at our office, providing exceptional service and support.
  3. Reporting and Coordination:
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance and market feedback.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree holder.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Basic salary of 2000 AED plus commission.
  • Visa provided after the completion of a 3-month probation period and achievement of minimum targets.

Location: Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE
Salary: 2000 AED plus commission
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
