Office Assistant/ Receptionist

We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.

Gender– Female

Working Hours– 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities:

  • Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
  • Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
  • Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues
  • Perform receptionist duties
  • Answering the incoming telephone calls
  • Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner: Distribute/deliver mails, correspondences, documents, and others to the person’s concern
  • Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
  • Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
  • Clean the office at the start of the day
  • Welcoming visitors
  • Preparing Coffee & Tea for Visitors

Requirements and skills:

  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Thorough understanding of office management procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Jolly and trustworthy personality.
  • Any educational qualification is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED 2,000.00 – AED 2,500.00 per month
