Digital Marketing Specialist

Osphere Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at our Dubai Silicon Oasis office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO, Google Ads, WordPress, social media marketing, website maintenance, content creation, and portal handling. This is an in-house role with a competitive salary range of AED 3500-7000, plus visa, insurance, and an annual one-way ticket to the home country after one year of employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns.
  • Optimize content for SEO to improve organic search rankings.
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Maintain and update WordPress websites.
  • Create engaging content for various digital platforms.
  • Handle social media marketing across multiple platforms.
  • Manage online portals and ensure they are up-to-date.
  • Work on both in-house company division projects and client projects as allocated by the reporting manager.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, WordPress, social media marketing, website maintenance, and content creation.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong understanding of management and client tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to follow through on tasks.

Work Hours:
