Osphere Group is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Business Development Associate who is genuinely passionate about sales and marketing. We value outgoing individuals with excellent communication and self-management skills to help us achieve our sales objectives. This is a remote opportunity and is available to any salesperson located in UAE, India or across the globe.

As a Business Development/Sales Associate, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and implementing effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and meet sales targets.
  • Analyzing customer data and market trends to identify promising sales opportunities.
  • Building strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth.
  • Using effective communication and negotiation skills to successfully close deals with customers.
  • Proactively sell, up-sell & cross-sell all services within the Osphere Group portfolio in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. Be proactive to customer needs.
  • Responding to quote requests in adherence with company procedures.
  • Negotiating contracts with prospective clients.
  • Maintaining client records.
  • Participating in valuable sales training and attending industry events.
  • Collaborating with marketing and other teams to optimize sales efforts.
  • Assisting in the development of marketing materials and collaterals.

  4. Negotiation skills – must be a business-driven individual. Someone who always looks for a win-win scenario.
  5. Willingness to learn – We deal in multiple services, so there will always be something new to learn and adapt to. Therefore, you’ll need to have the ability to continually learn and develop to expand your service knowledge.
  6. Hunger to succeed – Must be a go-getter. No excuses. Someone who will take initiative and show results instead of just the effort.

This is a performance-based job role. In addition to the minimum-assured monthly payment, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive per sale). The more you sell the more you make.
